Owns and operates Hamachi House, Hamachi Steakhouse, Hamachi Grill-Dartmouth, Hamachi Kita., Rogi Orazio in Hydrostone Market. He is also involved in Ekaterina’s Fine World Chocolates located in Bishop’s Landing. He has worked in the restaurant business for over fifteen years. His restaurants have since received rave reviews and won several awards including voted Best Sushi in Halifax for the past four years. He has also worked in the seafood industry for the past ten years as an exporter of shellfish to other parts of the world.

Owner of FRED. beauty, art and food in Halifax. Fred and his team of professionals deliver all aspects of bridal beauty planning, including catering, from his Agricola Street location. He is the Chief Operating Officer of the Niverville Heritage Centre, a community owned facility that includes a banquet conference centre, 18,000 square feet of developed commercial space, a Primary Health Care Centre, an Assisted Living and Supportive Care residence and a spectacular 7,000 square foot timber framed atrium.

Danny Kramer

He is an extremely accomplished singer/band leader based in Winnipeg.
He starred in the rock musical “Tommy,” and his wedding/corporate band is one
of the top ensembles in Canada. He has performed at scores of weddings in the
last decade, including one featured in People Magazine, Modern Bride and on Entertainment Tonight.

She is the owner of Pulp & Circumstance, as well as the designer and creator of Greenvites Eco-Stationery.

Dr. Paresh Shah

DMD is in private practice in Winnipeg, with a primary focus on cosmetic, implant and restorative dentistry. He completed his dental degree at the University of Manitoba in 1991. Dr. Shah recently completed a proficiency certificate in Esthetic Dentistry at the University of Buffalo (2007) and has been a clinical mentor for the Level II Post Graduate Program in Esthetic Dentistry at the University of Minnesota since 2002.
