Final Ads must be provided in Macintosh format as High Resolution PDF’s Indesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator files. CMYK, and 300 dpi. A colour proof of your ad must be provided as well as fonts and images. If your ad is to be created by Duly Noted, please provide workable materials, including logo, high resolution images and content (contact info, descriptive text, special offers, etc.). Materials and ad files can be e-mailed to sales@dulynoted.ca (files must be under 5 MB). FTP information available upon request.
Distribution

Duly Noted Wedding Guide is a directory of wedding suppliers. It is a free information handbook of local shops, venues and services that cater to weddings. Users of the guide can find what they are looking for by referring to the index of advertisers, where all advertisers are listed categorically and alphabetically with page references to their ads. Four to five pages will be dedicated to wedding planning information that will increase the shelf life of the magazine, such as bride and groom check lists.
